Hairdressing isn’t just what I do, it’s what I live and breathe.

 

With over 10 years in the industry, I’ve built my career from the salon floor up. I’ve made the mistakes, refined the craft, invested in education and continuously pushed myself to be better, because I genuinely believe there is always more to learn.

 

I’m proud to be a brand educator for Alfa Parf Yellow Professional, working with salons across Yorkshire and the North East to deliver education that reflects real salon life, not just textbook theory. My focus is precision, intelligent formulation and building confidence that translates directly behind the chair.

 

Alongside this, I work with learners aged 14 to 16 through alternative provision placements, giving young people practical, hands on salon experience in a safe and supportive environment. For many of them, this is where they first see a future in the industry. Watching that confidence grow is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

 

I’ve also built my own salon from zero financial investment, growing it into a thriving space with chair renters and a strong team culture. So when I talk about pricing for profit, building a column, or creating sustainable careers, I’m not speaking from theory. I’ve lived it.

 

My mission is simple.

To raise standards.

To build confident stylists.

And to deliver education that actually works in real salon environments.

 

And I’m still learning every single day.
