About the Course

Precision Blonding

The Detail That Changes Everything

This is not a trend led masterclass.

This is decision based blonding for real salon environments.

Designed for newly qualified and 1–5 year stylists, this hybrid training day focuses on building clarity, control and confidence in your technical execution.

You will learn how to:

• Translate inspiration photos into intelligent, strategic placement

• Assess underlying pigment correctly before formulating

• Select toners with intention, not guesswork

• Protect hair integrity while achieving brightness

• Work efficiently within realistic salon appointment times

• Price detailed work confidently and profitably

The day combines live demonstration with hands on practical application, allowing you to not only observe precision technique but practise it under guided support.

We work using the Alfa Parf Yellow Professional system, applying colour science in a way that makes sense behind a busy chair, not just in theory.

This course is about raising your technical standards while strengthening your commercial awareness. Because great colour is not just about how it looks, it’s about how it performs long term for both you and your client.

Small group. Maximum four stylists.

Focused support. Real salon execution.

Your Instructor

Antonia Glover

Antonia is a salon founder and colour educator with over 10 years of industry experience. As a brand educator for Alfa Parf Yellow Professional UK, she delivers advanced colour education across Yorkshire and the North East, focusing on precision, formulation logic and real salon application.

Having built her own salon from zero financial investment into a thriving space with chair renters and a strong team culture, Antonia understands both the technical and commercial realities of the industry.

Alongside her work with professional stylists, she mentors 14–16 year old learners through alternative provision placements, providing practical, hands on salon experience and helping young people build confidence and direction within the industry.

Her education style is detail driven, supportive and commercially aware. She believes in teaching stylists how to think, not just what to do, ensuring that learning translates into confident, repeatable results behind the chair.

And as a continuous learner herself, she remains committed to refining her own knowledge so she can continue raising standards within the industry.
